User Research
To ensure the New ERP System would address the real needs of HR teams, we began by conducting extensive user research. The goal was to deeply understand the pain points of HR professionals and how a centralized system could improve their daily workflows.
— Surveys and Interviews: We started with online surveys to gather quantitative insights into how HR teams manage tasks like payroll, staff management, and logistics. This data helped us identify key problem areas, such as inefficiencies caused by using multiple systems. Following the surveys, we conducted one-on-one interviews with HR managers and staff. These sessions offered a deeper look into their frustrations, such as manual data entry, poor communication between departments, and difficulties accessing critical information in real time.
— Competitor Analysis: We also performed a competitor analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of existing ERP solutions in the market. This allowed us to identify gaps where the New ERP System could stand out—particularly in terms of user experience and ease of integration with existing workflows.
— Key Insights: Our research revealed that HR teams were eager for a tool that not only centralized their operations but also simplified their processes, reduced manual tasks, and facilitated better communication. Based on these findings, we shaped the development of the New ERP System to ensure it would effectively solve these problems while being intuitive and easy to use.

After conducting countless user interviews, contextual inquiries, and analyzing the gathered data, I categorized the insights into three key areas:

With the New ERP System project, I focused on creating a clean, minimal user interface that enhances functionality while remaining intuitive. Given the time constraints, I rapidly developed mockups for key user journeys, ensuring smooth navigation across critical HR functions such as payroll, staff management, and notifications.

Fezzo is a clothing brand based in Bangalore, looking to establish a strong online presence. The client requested a sleek and modern landing page to highlight their collections. My focus was on creating a visually appealing design with cool tones, ensuring a clean and intuitive experience for visitors.

As a freelance designer, I was responsible for creating a modern, vibrant landing page that reflected the brand's identity. I focused on designing the layout, selecting color schemes, and ensuring a seamless user experience that aligned with the client's vision.
The Problem
Users face frustration with cluttered designs, slow websites, complex menus, and too much text, making navigation difficult and overwhelming. They need a clean, modern platform that simplifies their shopping experience, with easy navigation and clear, concise content. Fezzo needed a design that removes the clutter and provides a seamless, user-friendly experience.
Understanding The Market
Understanding the clothing market is essential to delivering a landing page that meets user expectations. Through extensive research, I explored competitors and current design trends in the industry. I also connected with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and align the design with the brand’s goals. This helped identify opportunities to create a unique, user-friendly experience for Fezzo’s target audience.
Talking to Perspective Customers
To understand what prospective customers are looking for in a modern clothing website, I interviewed several fashion-forward individuals, all familiar with online shopping and fitting the target demographic. My goal was to answer the question:

To understand the competitive landscape, I analyzed leading clothing websites. The goal was to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and design trends. Many competitors showcased high-quality visuals but struggled with cluttered navigation and inconsistent layouts.
This analysis helped shape Fezzo’s landing page to stand out by focusing on intuitive navigation, sleek aesthetics, and a seamless shopping experience. The aim was to address gaps seen in competitors while highlighting Fezzo's unique identity.
Low-Fidelity to Final Design
The design journey for Fezzo began with low-fidelity wireframes to outline the structure and flow of the landing page. These wireframes allowed for quick iterations based on feedback, ensuring the layout met both user expectations and the client's vision.
As the concept evolved, the wireframes were transformed into a polished final design. With modern aesthetics, cool tones, and intuitive navigation, the final design perfectly reflected Fezzo's brand identity, creating a seamless user experience.
